Once a product has been printed and is on its way to your home, the order can't be cancelled if you change your mind. It may not be possible to cancel even immediately after ordering as the items are often sent straight to production by a computer automated system. But if you do make a mistake with an order, please let me know asap and I will do my best to stop or change the order for you.
- Items cannot be returned if you change your mind or have buyers remorse after purchase so please choose your item/s with care.
Shipping:
We seek to use the cheapest shipping methods offered by our print on demand suppliers to keep costs down for our customers. We cannot guarantee your item will arrive within a certain timeframe, as there are so many issues out of our control, but a lot of parcels are tracked by our suppliers and I can also track them for you online and advise by email.
Most goods take a few working days to print and 2 to 4 weeks to ship to your destination depending on your location.
Privacy: Your credit card number and or Paypal details will not be saved or stored by any means electronic or otherwise. Your details will be shared with Shopify and the printing company in order to process your order but will not be sold, stored or used in any other way by Purdie Photography Designs.
