    Refund policy

    Returns:

    If there is an issue with your product, please make contact with us within 30 days. 

    We only replace and reprint/reship items if they are defective, damaged, incorrectly printed or the wrong item was sent to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ppddesigns.com and we will do our best to help you.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Photo proof may be required when emailing us with us your issue, so we can use the images to consult our printing manufacturers to indicate the issues.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact info@ppddesigns.com for an AUSTRALIAN address to mail the package back to. Please be polite in your communication with us. No arguing, threats or abuse will be tolerated. If the item can be returned, an address for this will be provided by return email.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a few working days. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Please contact us at info@ppddesigns.com if your refund hasn't arrived in a full working week.

    Your error ordering: No refunds are applicable if you order the wrong size or colour as the items are printed as one offs. It's your responsiblity to check the size chart on items you are purchasing.  It's not appropiate to order two sizes of something then send one item back as they are one off prints and we are are a small e-commerce business not a large corporation. 

    • Items cannot be returned if you change your mind, decide you can't afford the item, or have buyers remorse after purchase so please choose your item/s with care.

    Shipping
    To return your faulty product, email info@ppddesigns.com.  Let us know the issue and an AUSTRLIAN address will be provided to return the product.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to dealing with many contractors and sub contracters between yourself and our company which is out of our control.
